Thank you for your interest in a custom greeting! Please note that this process starts when you pay for an initial consultation or “Custom Greeting”. GP loves working with clients to produce greetings and art they see themselves in, but please allow 6 weeks for your completed product. With your grace, you can have a unique creative gift that will leave an everlasting impression on you and your recipient(s). Satisfied clients include health professionals, social service providers, engineers, educators, and more!
Overview of the Process:
- Purchase “Custom Greeting” for $50. Note: This is a non-refundable fee for planning and the initial consultation. This will be the first of 3 consultations.
- During consultation #2, client will review design drafts and sign contract. The invoice will be presented and the down-payment will be collected. Your invoice factors in design and printing costs, but may be subject to change. Note: Down-payment covers the cost of production of samples. Samples will not be produced if client does not pay the mandatory 25% down-payment.
- During consultation #3, client will review samples. Client will approve the samples, quantity, and final cost in a amended agreement. Upon approval of samples, the balance will be paid, and order will be processed.
- Clients will confirm receipt of Palmy Custom Greetings.
